Telling someone you love them
Is like driving west towards
A setting sun. It sounds
Romantic, like something from
A Hollywood movie, but
It's dangerous.
You can't see where you're headed.
You're blinded by the whole
Situation but instead of pulling over
You drive on. You chase the sunset.
You put your foot on the gas
And It feels so good and before you
Know whats happening you've left the road.
You're lying, beat up in a ditch.
All because you thought the sunset
Looked romantic.
